By accessing or using iLovePdf (the "Service"), operated by Techyantram, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

iLovePdf provides browser-based tools for merging, splitting, compressing, converting, editing and securing PDF files. Processing happens locally in your browser — no account or sign-up is required. Some conversions (for example PDF to Word, PDF to Excel, or PDF to PowerPoint) perform basic, text-based conversion only; complex layouts, embedded objects, and formatting may not be fully preserved.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Process files that infringe on someone else's rights, or that are illegal to possess or distribute.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer beyond what's permitted by law, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated means to abuse or overload the Service.

4. Your files and content

You retain full ownership of any file you process through iLovePdf. Because processing happens on your device, we never receive, store, or have access to your files — see our Privacy Policy for details. You are solely responsible for the files you choose to process and for keeping your own backups.

5. Intellectual property

The iLovePdf name, branding, and underlying software are owned by Techyantram. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to our trademarks or code beyond what's needed to use the Service as intended.

6. Advertising

The Service may display third-party advertisements served by Google AdSense, which are only shown if you've accepted cookies via the cookie banner — see our Privacy Policy for how that works. Techyantram does not control and is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or the sites they link to.

7. Disclaimer of warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that conversions will be error-free or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techyantram shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including loss of data or files.

9. Changes

We may update the Service or these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
